Let’s Get You Traveling In 6 Months Use My 2-2-3 Daily Strategy

Friday, April 3, 2015
If we wait until it’s a better time or

What is the likelihood of you traveling the world?
What is the likelihood of you seeing 3 different countries this year?
What is the likelihood of you achieving any of your travel goals if you don’t start taking actions toward them today?

You might think about traveling, seeing the wonders of the world, learning a new language or just relaxing with a cold drink on the beaches of the world.

Whatever your dream of traveling is doesn’t really matter if you don’t take action to realize that dream.

If we wait until it’s a better time or we are more prepared to travel than 20 years from now we end up with the regrets of not traveling earlier in life.

Traveling is not going to be perfect. In fact if it was then there would be no excitement or adventure in travel, nothing to learn from or experience from.

My first trip out of the country went really well until I actually stepped out of the train station in another country alone and without any knowledge of the language.

It went really well when on that very first day I had everything stolen from me. My bags, money, passport, I mean everything was gone.

But I continued on to have one of the best months of my life.

That trip taught me more about the world and myself than any school, book or person in my life had ever taught me and it instilled a never satisfied need to travel more.

The truth is I don’t know if I would have ever been a traveler had I not taken that trip.

All common sense would have told most people not to even book the ticket with only 2 weeks to plan.

I should have saved more money
Planned better

What about my job?
Where will I stay?

Look there are lots of things that I should have done to plan better.

But the point is I went anyway and my life will never be the same because of it.

We don’t get to travel because we are lucky, rich, or because our parents payed for if.

We get to travel because we take action.

You have a choice right now.

Or you can make another excuse of why you can’t .

Your job won’t let you have off.
You don’t have enough money
You don’t know how

The real secret to becoming a traveler is that there is no secret, just take action and do it.

The best advice I can give you is to start being around people that already live the way you want to and do the thing you want to do.
I would like to meet more travelers like you.

By talking to, reading about and most importantly surrounding yourself with other travelers you will start to unconsciously pick up and absorb their skills and passions .

It will surprise you how much easier buying that ticket and taking off or just quitting your job becomes.

Traveling is not just a learned skill but is a habit and for some even an addiction.

Personally I’m much happier with a traveling addiction than drugs or alcohol, even worse would be being addicted to a Job that doesn’t inhibit or promote me to travel.

tipping 2

Nobody wants to be given bad service or treated like an unwanted tourist while eating out. I was a server and bartender for a long time and bad tippers suck.
